I don't know if this movie really counts as a spy movie, but I really enjoyed watching Aeon Flux, starring Charlize Theron.

It was quite a long time since I had watched it but there are a few scenes that I remember which include awesome stunts by Charlize Theron. There was one scene where she was running and almost fell into rigged grass which turned really sharp and she was able to stop herself from falling.

The movie was based on a totalitarian utopia some few centuries in the future, however, the weapons used were just simple machine guns. So there was nothing special about the weapons but the way they were used was amazing because Charlize Theron had really great fighting skills.

It was a very original movie using never before seen stunts. Not just that, but the leading role was a female and being female myself, I love to see female agents.
